I rewatched True Grit last night, and decided its one of the most beautiful films in recent memory. Of course, I felt the same way about The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford when it came out. I guess I’m predisposed to the Western genre.
Anyway, the idea for one screen cap quickly became many. We’ll start with the opening shot. Enjoy.
